While placing an order with us, our customers must understand that there may be little variation in terms of color because of the screen or photography settings which must be kept in mind.

Who is eligible for a refund?

➤ Return requests on the basis of quality without sharing any information or image related to the product quality will not be accepted.
➤ The used or worn dress even a single time will not be accepted.
Terms for the Refund Process
➤ Customers must provide information clearly for whether they want a refund or exchange along with the package.
➤ Once goods are received by us, our quality assurance team inspects those goods. They will have to make sure that goods are not used or worn. They will also perform checks for the tags and original invoices.
➤ If our customers have availed of any free gift or free shipping charges, or any other offer extended by us, we will make a refund only after deducting the price of the shipping charge or any other complimentary gift provided.
➤ After completing the refund/cancellation procedure you will receive the refunded amount in your account within 10 business days.
We have all the rules and regulations in place regarding returning the product and we aim to serve our customers within the prescribed time. ➤ Refund or exchange of product will not be processed if the above conditions will not meet.
➤ Refund or exchange of product will not be processed if the customer will send a product without prior information or contact with our team.
How to return:
Customers are requested to inform us regarding returns of the product within 24 hours of delivery of the product. There are some clauses that must be duly fulfilled in case of any return.
➤ You must send us the communication of returning the product at our email id email@example.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
➤ Do contact our customer support team at firstname.lastname@example.org in order to resolve any grievance.
➤ Do not send or return the goods without consulting or notifying us.
➤ You will have to make sure that goods are returned and received by us within 10 days of your receipt.
➤ Send the goods to be returned only via registered carriers and couriers.
➤ Customers must furnish all the items that they want to return and make sure that they return those goods in their original conditions and packaging. They must not be used and must remain unworn in case of apparel.
➤ You must provide your personal details along with the return package which should also contain information about the invoice, amount, invoice date, personal contact number, and address. Further, you must provide information regarding the product that you wish to exchange.
➤ You will be responsible to carefully seal the package so that the products returned stay intact. You will also have to mention full details of our address on the outer of the package to be returned.
➤ We will acknowledge the delivery of the product once received at our warehouse but we are not responsible for the goods in transit.
➤ We will only initiate the refund of the goods after receiving them in our warehouse and after we are done with our analysis.
