We chose our delivery partners very diligently so that products and goods are delivered to our customers within the right time and in the safest condition as well. We always endeavor to make your shopping experience memorable across our platform as we have a dedicated team working towards achieving this objective. Our focus remains customer satisfaction and to make our customers happy. We don’t opt to make any false representation regarding our products just to sell a product.

However there may be some cases where we are not able to deliver products within the prescribed time due to which you may not feel satisfied. There may be some unexpected reasons where you are not satisfied with the delivery of the product or eventually the quality of the product. In those circumstances, we will try our best to find appropriate solution to your issues and resolve it in most efficient manner. We will assist you when our products do not meet quality standards.

We have all the rules and regulations in place regarding returning the product and we aim to serve our customers within prescribed time. But please be informed that our customers must inform us within 24 hours after delivery of the product. Our customers can send us email at within 24 hours of delivery of the product if they want anything to return or change. Below are some of the do’s and don’ts associated with our return policy:

Product Condition for Return

➤ We accept return request only if product is damaged, wrong product delivery or product is not according to product information provided on the website.

➤ We can’t accept custom stitched product if the product is stitched according to your given size.

➤ For any return of the product, customer will have to make sure that they send them in their original condition.

➤ We do not accept any return in case they are not in their original condition and packaging.

➤ The goods must be unworn, must not have any marks and must not be damaged.

➤ They should also be accompanied by their original tags and tickets.

➤ Refund or exchange will be processed only after quality testing of the product by our team.

➤ Refund or exchange of product will not be processed if above conditions will not meet.

➤ Refund or exchange of product will not be processed if customer will send product without prior information or contact with our team.

How to return:

Customers are requested to inform us regarding returns of the product within 24 hours of delivery of the product. There are some clauses which must be duly fulfilled in case of any return.

➤ You must send us the communication of returning the product at our email id within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

➤ Do contact our customer support team at in order to resolve any grievance.

➤ Do not send or return the goods without consulting or notifying us.

➤ You will have to make sure that goods are returned and received by us within 10 days of your receipt.

➤ Send the goods to be returned only via registered carriers and couriers.

➤ Customer must furnish all the items that they want to return and make sure that they return those goods in their original conditions and packaging. They must not be used and must remain unworn in case of apparels.

➤ You must provide your personal details along with the return package which should also contain information about the invoice, amount, invoice date, personal contact number and address. Further, you must provide information regarding the product that you wish to exchange.

➤ You will be responsible to carefully seal the package so that the products returned stay intact. You will also have to mention full details of our address on the outer of the package to be returned.

➤ We will acknowledge the delivery of the product once received at our warehouse but we are not responsible for the goods in transit.

➤ We will only initiate the refund of the goods after receiving them in our warehouse and after we are done with our analysis.
